Fender Strings

Fender guitar strings reinforce all of the characteristics of the historic brand: good quality, well-thought-out, consistent, mid-tier products providing the benchmark for the whole guitar industry. Fender has always been developing forward-thinking products. In the 70s the ‘bullet’-shaped anchor was designed by Fender to be an improvement on the classic doughnut-shaped ball-end for tremolo equipped guitars. The idea is that the bullet shape fits perfectly in the string pocket eliminating the possibility of the anchor moving around when ‘diving' with the trem arm (where the tension drops dramatically).
